BKV holds a 75% equity interest in over 1 GW of power generation produced by the Temple I and Temple II Power Plants, through BKV BPP Power, LLC, a joint venture with Banpu Power US. The Temple power complex comprises two state-of-the-art, natural gas-fueled, combined-cycle power plants in Temple, Texas. Located in the heart of the ERCOT market, the Temple Power Plants uniquely position BKV to provide energy solutions for those looking to address their power needs today.

ERCOT Demand on the Rise
The ERCOT market is projected to experience some of the fastest load growth in the United States, driven by data center expansion, industrial growth and new large-scale users such as LNG facilities and cryptocurrency operations.
From 2014 to 2024, annual energy demand grew at an average rate of 3.1%, with forecasts indicating an average annual growth rate of 13.6% from 2025 to 2031.
