David Tameron

David Tameron is the Chief Financial Officer at BKV Corporation. With over two decades of Wall Street and energy industry experience, David brings deep investor relations and strategic finance expertise to this role. Prior to assuming the role of CFO, David served as a critical part of BKV’s finance department and leadership team for the past three years.

Prior to BKV, David spent 25 years in corporate banking leadership roles in Wall Street, including two decades as a well-respected and leading Sell-Side Analyst within the exploration and production (E&P) sector. Outside of Wall Street, his background includes time spent at ExxonMobil and the private M&A sector.

David holds a BS in Finance and graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University, and he earned an MBA from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business.

Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his family and taking advantage of all the outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer.
