Somruedee Chaimongkol
Director
Somruedee Chaimongkol has served as a Director of the Company since May 2020 and of BNAC since February 2015. She previously served as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Banpu and held key financial leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance.
Additionally, Ms. Chaimongkol served as a Director of Banpu subsidiaries, including Banpu Power (SET: BPP), a Commissioner of PT. Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk (IDX: ITMG) since 2022 and a Director of Biofuel Development Holdings Co., Ltd.
Ms. Chaimongkol received a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Bangkok University. She brings expertise in corporate leadership, financial matters and international energy companies to the board of directors.
