Rita Valois is the Chief Information Officer at BKV Corporation. Rita is an experienced global information technology, operations and finance leader, and provides strategic guidance and leadership to the BKV IT and Data Transformation teams, helping to support cross-functional collaboration in order to drive innovation and operational efficiency across the organization.

Prior to BKV, Rita served as Senior M&A Advisor to CIVC Partners L.P., providing strategic direction in the technology and technology services sectors. She was also Head of IT – North America for Abbott Nutrition, overseeing digital and commercial solutions for all Abbott Nutrition brands in the region. Additionally, Rita held significant roles as U.S. M&A and IT Consulting Practice Leader and Executive Director at Ernst & Young, and as Global Chief Information Officer at Treasury Wine Estates Ltd. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for two early-stage companies, Dana’s Organic Wines and Spirit Free Beverages Co.

Rita received a BBA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA in Operations Management Information and Decisions Systems from Case Western Reserve University.

Outside of work, Rita enjoys learning about winemaking and is working on her sommelier certifications. She is passionate about her work with non-profits supporting the education of underserved youth and her road biking team that raises funds for leukemia and lymphoma research.
