Lindsay Larrick is the Chief Legal Officer at BKV Corporation. Leveraging her broad experience in energy, Lindsay oversees the structuring and execution of transactions on behalf of Kalnin Ventures, LLC, BKV Oil & Gas Capital Partners L.P. and its portfolio companies.

Prior to BKV, Lindsay was an equity partner at two national law firms, Fox Rothschild LLP and Lathrop & Gage LLP, where she specialized in the energy practice. She served in various management positions during her time in private practice, including Chair of the Energy Practice Group for Fox Rothschild and Co-Chair of the Energy Practice Group for Lathrop & Gage. Lindsay has an extensive background in the structuring and organization of private equity funds and mergers, acquisitions and divestitures on behalf of numerous clients in the oil and gas industry. She also is specialized in the debt and equity financing of oil and gas companies, including reservoir-based revolving credit facilities. She has strong experience in working with private equity firms and negotiating on behalf of portfolio companies.

Lindsay received a JD from The University of Denver and was recognized by the Denver Business Journal as a “Who’s Who in Energy” in 2017.

Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her husband and young children.
