Ethan Ngo

Chief Development Officer

Ethan Ngo is the Chief Development Officer at BKV Corporation. With many years of experience in the industry, Ethan leads and oversees the corporate development function at BKV including reserves, new ventures and business development and portfolio optimization.

Ethan has worked for majors, independents and private equity E&P companies as a reservoir engineer and an A&D engineer for conventional and resource plays in North Dakota, Wyoming, Colorado, Utah, Pennsylvania and Texas.

Ethan received an MS in Petroleum Engineering and an MS in International Political Economy of Resources from The Colorado School of Mines. He also earned an MBA from The University of Colorado.

Outside of work, Ethan enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and photography.
