Charles Miller, III

Charles C. Miller III has served as a Director of the Company since May 2020. He served as a Director of Global Healthcare Exchange and Equideum Health. Mr. Miller was an executive in the telecommunications industry. He was Vice Chairman of Level 3 Communications, where his responsibilities included corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, business development, marketing and information services. Prior to that, Mr. Miller was an Executive Officer of BellSouth Corporation, where his roles included Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Development, as well as President of BellSouth International, Inc. Before his telecommunications career, he practiced corporate law at King & Spalding LLP and Ropes & Gray LLP.

Mr. Miller received an AB from Harvard College and a JD from Harvard Law School. He brings broad expertise in strategic planning, business development and technology to the board of directors.
