Carla Mashinski

Carla S. Mashinski has served as a Director of the Company since September 2022. Since 2019, she has been on the Board of Directors of Primoris Services Corporation (NYSE: PRIM), where she has served as chair of its audit committee and a member of its compensation committee since 2021. Since January 2024, Ms. Mashinski has also served as chair of the audit committee at Ranger Energy Services (NYSE: RNGR). Previously, she served as Chief Financial Officer of Cameron LNG, a liquefied natural gas terminal near the Gulf of Mexico. She was later promoted to Chief Financial Officer and Administrative Officer, retiring in May 2022. She held senior finance roles at Sasol Ltd. (JSE: SOL), SBM Offshore (AMX: SBMO) and GulfMark Offshore, Inc., with roles including U.S. Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance.

Additionally, Ms. Mashinski has served on the boards of Carbo Ceramics Inc. and Unit Corporation, where she held positions on audit, compensation and nominating committees. Since July 2022, she has been a Director at Lean In Energy, a non-profit providing mentoring and professional development programs to women in the energy industry.

Ms. Mashinski holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting with high honors from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and an Executive MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas, a Certified Management Accountant and a Project Management Professional. Ms. Mashinski holds NACD Directorship Certification and a CERT Certification in Cybersecurity Oversight from Carnegie Mellon University. She brings extensive expertise in financial and accounting matters, corporate governance and experience in U.S. public companies and the energy sector to the board of directors.
