Anon Sirisaengtaksin

Anon Sirisaengtaksin has served as a Director of the Company since May 2020. He has served as a Director of Banpu (SET: BANPU) since April 2016 and an Executive Advisor to Banpu for its oil and gas business since 2014. He has also served as a Director of Saha-Union Public Company Limited (SET: SUC) since January 2020 and CIMB Thai Bank Public Company Limited (SET: CIMBT) since June 2020. In addition, he served as a Director and Chief Executive Officer of PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited (SET: PTTGC), President and Chief Executive Officer of PTT Exploration (SET: PTTEP), Senior Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Development of PTT Public Company Limited (“PTT PCL”) (SET: PTT), Executive Vice President, Natural Gas Supply and Trading, Gas Business Group, of PTT PCL and Deputy President, Natural Gas Marketing and Transmission of PTT Natural Gas Distribution Co., Ltd.

Mr. Sirisaengtaksin received a BS in Geology from Chulalongkorn University and an MBA from Thammasat University. He brings broad expertise in corporate leadership and strategic planning to the board of directors.
